Wide Belt Grinder
The 1000-series of machines are built in a heavy duty construction with a smaller footprint designed to accommodate a job shop with various applications such as deburring, dross removal, calibrating/dimensioning, edge radiusing or finishing. This series of machine can be built in both top and bottom configurations.
For the customization of 1000 series machines, you can customize the following aspects according to specific process requirements:
Functional configuration: You can choose the appropriate functional configuration according to your process needs. For example, if deburring and edge trimming are required, you can choose the corresponding tools and grinding heads. If dimensional calibration and surface polishing are required, you can choose the appropriate calibration and polishing device.
Dimensions: Depending on your workspace constraints, you can customize the machine's dimensions to ensure it fits your production environment. This includes the length, width and height of the machine.
Control System: The machine's control system can be customized based on your preferences and process requirements. You can choose a control panel with specific functions and interfaces to operate and monitor the operation of your machine.
